Founded in May 1995 with a small English-language class of just 20 learners, ILBC has grown over the years to become one of Myanmar’s leading private education providers, with branches in nine major cities across the country. Throughout this journey, our commitment has remained constant: to provide children with a high-quality education and strong English-language skills that prepare them not only for further study, but also for a fulfilling and successful life.

We place particular emphasis on developing the skills and dispositions often described as 21st-century skills—critical and creative thinking, communication, collaboration, adaptability, resilience and lifelong learning. Our goal is to prepare our students not only for the challenges we can foresee, but also for those that an increasingly unpredictable future may bring.
